InPrint is the industry’s showcase for high-level expertise, cutting-edge technology, product launches and numerous industrial print solutions. The wide range of industrial functional and decorative printing on display includes speciality, screen, digital, inkjet and 3D technologies.
The show directly meets the needs of specialists looking for customised industrial print solutions to generate new market opportunities and revenue. On display on one site and at the same time are the newest and best in the three sectors of industrial printing: functional, decorative and packaging.
At the first InPrint Italy in 2016, 2,900 visitors came to Milan to meet 118 exhibitors from 13 countries. Of these visitors, 69% were from Italy and 31% were from 56 other countries, particularly Germany, Switzerland, the UK, France and Spain.
The event was attended by a high proportion of visitors who had not attended previous InPrint shows in Germany, therefore creating new business opportunities and expanding industrial print.
The three-day exhibition was supported by an extensive seminar and conference programme of around 60 sessions. Quality was the common link throughout, with many sessions examining future developments in the industry. Leading experts shared their knowledge of functional, decorative and packaging printing, and were highly appreciated by a total of 640 participants. The Tech Talks were especially successful, the debates being focused on key technical topics such as inks, print heads and integration.
Industrial print is the industry’s third largest market for venture capital investment. The ‘What is the future of digital industrial print’ white paper by I.T. Strategies, produced for InPrint, forecasts industrial digital and inkjet printing growth of 36% between 2014 and 2020.
